Baby DariusHi!!! My name is Darius which means wealthy, rich, and loyalty. Well, I'm a 10 week old (1-20-11) Australian Shepherd/Bernese Mountain Puppy who has a wealth of good looks and friends , is rich in good health, good luck and love and is just waiting for the right family to be the most loyal loving companion ever. My sister and I were brought up north from Tennessee with the hope of having a better chance at finding a forever home. I am calm, sweet with very unusually beautiful markings and have a great temperament. My house training is coming along great. I like other dogs, cats and kids. Actually, I love all people and will do the puppy happy dance whenever anyone comes near. My foster mom says I'm a true delight and a very jolly fellow. I am looking for an active, loving family with no long periods of time alone. So come and get me. The adoption fee of $250 includes current vaccines and sterilization. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
