Hi!! My name is Stella and that means Star and I am definitely a star. I'm a very gentle, loving and affectionate 1 y/o Beagle looking for my forever home. I would probably be happiest without other pets. I'm very sweet and super intelligent with an adventurous spirit not uncommon to Beagles. I will attempt any fence so will need to be out on a long leash for exercise. I just can't help being curious about what's on the other side. That's the Beagle in me. I am doing well on my house training ,love my humans and want to please them. I like long walks and lots of exercise and will play with you for hours, but I also like to snuggle up and sleep next to you. If you are active and looking for a loyal companion who's great with kids and have a privacy fence or other way of keeping me contained, come check me out. Beagles make the Best Friends ever. I'm awful cute, too.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.
Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.
Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
