I was at the shelter with no hope left when a rescue lady saw me in the back of the cage , nothing but skin and bones, no tail wag or spark left in my eyes, but I guess she saw something worth saving because she was back the next day to take me to my new beginnings. I'm a tiny senior (11+), in the Autumn of my life but with a spark of Summer left in my step. I've been to the vet and I have a heart murmur (no meds needed) and I'm deaf, but aside from that, I'm a sweet, loving girl who loves her bed and my person. Everyone says that I look like a beautiful tiny deer. If you are looking to rescue someone, how about taking a chance on me. I've already had two miracles in my life, when I was rescued and getting the most awesome foster, is it to much to ask for just one more. All I want is a home and family to call my own for the rest of my life. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to preapproved applicants only. Adoption Fees *Senior: 9 & up  $100-$175 *Adult: 2-8          $250 *Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275 *Puppies:  6 weeks to 6 months  $300   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
